Favourite on the menu
The classic cinnamon rolls (vegetarian), and any of the sourdough bread
About
At a small and adorable street in the village of Furudal about an hour outside of Mora this craft bakery bakes their own sourdough bread, buns and other sweet things out of Swedish, local and mostly organic ingredients. Other then things to eat you can get coffee, tea and a few cold craft drinks and juices. A great place to stop by for a fika, and to bring some bread with you, whenever you’re passing by Furudal.
The buns at Snitths - mentioned above under Favourite on the menu - are classic Swedish cinnamon buns and Cardamom buns (vegetarian), and might be some of the tastiest I’ve ever had. You’ll also always find some lant-based fika, and lots of different sourdough bread and bread rolls which of course are plant-based too.
Other then selling their own baked goods they sell flour from a local mill.
