About
In the heart of the fruitful “Apple valley”, by the southern tip of Swedens second largest lake Vättern, you find Rudenstams surrounded by 40.000 apple trees. Here they produced so called “variety specific” äppelmuster which is something pretty unique. Äppelmust is a Swedish classic made of only apples - like an apple cider but without alcohol. Depending on apple variety, and the soil it grows from, the taste of the Äppelmust will differ. The complexity here is similar to the one mentioned when it comes to wines, and with the knowledge about picking the right Äppelmust for your dinner / fika / baking can create a food experience that is really something extra. Except for allt the craft Äppelmust they have lots of other beverages made from fruits and berries.
In the café they serve both fika and lunch daily; soups and a few other dishes that changes weekly plus savoury sandwiches and both savoury and sweet pies.
Connected to the café you find the Rudenstams Gårdsbutik (Rudenstams farmshop) with a great range of veggies, fruits, oils, bread, sweets, äppelmust and other beverages, flours and lots of small goods - many of them from producers nearby.

About
At the organic farm Jannelund outside of Örebro the farmer Adam and his friend - the chef Anders - made their dream about a restaurant right by the fields come true. A fine dining pop up restaurant with focus on greens in season. 12 exclusive seats, placed around the kitchen where chef Anders prepares a menu with ingredients out of what’s growing right outside the big windows.
In a beautiful setting, overlooking the peaceful fields, you get to enjoy a five course menu where the plant-based ingredients lead the way through a unique food experience. During the evening, in between servings, Adam and Anders will tell about the vegetables and ancient grains which are grown at the farm, their philosophies and also show you around parts of the farm.

About
Authentic Tapas place at a lively street in the trendy quarters called Majorna in West Gothenburg, which brings you back to any Spanish tapas restaurant you might have been to. The menu changes weekly, with a few returning classics. A bunch of the dishes on the menu are plant-based, and you can often get a few more of them plant-based if you ask nicely.
A recommendation is to take in 3 tapas per person, and share as you’ll get to taste more delicious food that way - and because the food is served tapas style; placed at your table now and then throughout your visit.
As mentioned the menu is changing but can include dishes such as Roasted artichokes with smoked apple and toasted buckwheat, Baked beets with cress and leek ash, Green gazpacho, Grilled padrones and sourdough bread with Spanish olive oil.

Menu changes with the season - however everything I’ve ever eaten here has been delicious!
About
Plant-based food with a finesse! Ingenious and beautifully presented food with lots of flavours and textures. At Mineral in Malmö it’s all about quite simple cooking without any fuss - but with great seasonal vegetables, lots of knowledge, fun elements (such as pickled bitter cress or salt cured carrot) and Mineral favourites you are really served something extra at every plate. This is what plant-based cooking is all about!
Preferably pick a few of the dishes, and maybe a few snacks, from the menu and share - that way you get to taste as much as possible from the quite small and along-the-seasons-changing menu.
The drink menu contains both a few non alcoholic options such as Äppelmust and, and lots of natural wines and craft beers.
