The (only) vegan salad at the menu is (was when this place was tested in February 26th 2021) filled with components such as algae, semi dried tomatoes, baked brussels sprouts and fried tofu - well combined with a lemony sesame dressing.
With focus on well-cooked dishes this is a salad to grab for a filling meal weather it’s for lunch or an easy take away dinner.

Great street food with a taste of Asia - Jinx serves the most delicious tofu buns in the world! A freshly steamed bao bun filled with panko fried slices of tofu with pickled cucumber, vegan mayonnaise, a crispy salad with carrots / bean sprouts / spring onion / celery, toasted peanuts and lots of fresh cilantro on top. Get them straight from their iconic food truck and sit down at the lovely courtyard.

In an old and tiny shack, located on a parking lot, close to the city center of Falkenberg the team behind the very popular Lilla Napoli is serving their twist on amazing Neapolitan pizzas. No fuzz - just a huge amount of food love and passion.
The pizzas are baked in the wood-fired stone oven for 60 seconds, and served a few seconds later. Perfectly soft, light, chewy and lightly crispy bread with flavourful toppings - you can really tell that these guys havre tasted and baked quite a few pizzas throughout the years. This is simplicity, skills and passion turned in to outstanding pizzas!
To get a table in the tiny shack you normally need to book quite a bit in advance as this place is very popular. If you cannot get a seat inside you have a second chance - by booking a take away. However this could preferably also be booked in advance to make sure you’ll get one!

When in Malmö eating falafel is a must. During a visit in the city we had several falafel rolls - and this turned out to be our favourite! Perfectly crispy and flavourful falafels, fresh vegetables and fun elements such as pomegranate seeds, mint and vegan sesame sauce together with the extra hummus in the freshly home baked bread was really something extra.
