About
In an old rectory this family runed restaurant serving delicious and creative pizzas - famous for their own style - and other snacks is located beautifully in between vast fields only 5 kilometers from the ocean.
Whatever you find on the thin and lightly crispy pizzas baked in the wood fire oven has grown nearby and is always in season. And you’ll for sure get to taste new combinations of textures and flavours!
During summer you can sit both inside, were you can see the pizzas being baked in the corner of the room, and outside in the garden. During the cooler months the warmth inside welcomes you to sit down at the big family style tables.
The idea at Prostens is that you should share the food. We ordered snacks (popcorn, drinks and vegetable tempura) and three (vegetarian) pizzas to share. Great for 3 people, maybe even for 4!

In an old and tiny shack, located on a parking lot, close to the city center of Falkenberg the team behind the very popular Lilla Napoli is serving their twist on amazing Neapolitan pizzas. No fuzz - just a huge amount of food love and passion.
The pizzas are baked in the wood-fired stone oven for 60 seconds, and served a few seconds later. Perfectly soft, light, chewy and lightly crispy bread with flavourful toppings - you can really tell that these guys havre tasted and baked quite a few pizzas throughout the years. This is simplicity, skills and passion turned in to outstanding pizzas!
To get a table in the tiny shack you normally need to book quite a bit in advance as this place is very popular. If you cannot get a seat inside you have a second chance - by booking a take away. However this could preferably also be booked in advance to make sure you’ll get one!
